How will my item be posted to me and how much will it cost?

We will post your order within 10 working days.  Please note that the individual initial necklaces and brooches can take up to 15 days.  It will be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery.  The postage and packaging is currently free of charge.

Will my order be gift wrapped?

Each item you purchase will be carefully wrapped in a Haberdash House gift box.

What payments do you accept?

When ordering on the website, you can use your Paypal account.  We also accept major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Solo.  If you do not have a Paypal account or credit/debit card, email us at info@haberdash-house.com and we will give you details about paying by cheque.  However, if you do pay by cheque it will take longer for you to receive your order.

How will I know my order is being processed?

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order within 3 working days.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Your Haberdash House jewellery is fragile so please keep it in the box provided when you are not wearing it.

How do I return something?

You can refund or exchange items within 28 days of delivery, excluding earrings for hygiene reasons.  However, the postage will not be refunded.  If your jewellery is faulty, you can return it within 28 days for a refund or exchange.  The original postage will also be refunded.  Please email us at info@haberdash-house.com for more details.

What is your privacy policy?

Payment is secure and Haberdash House does not have access to your credit card details.  We will not disclose any of your personal information to third parties.  If you have joined the mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email with 'unsubscribe' as the subject, to info@haberdash-house.com.

How accurate are the colours shown?

Colours are displayed as accurately as possible.  However, colours may vary slightly due to the settings on your own computer monitor.
